The doctor is excellent, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly caring. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff has been disappointing. Their tone on the phone often comes across as rude and unprofessional. A little kindness and courtesy go a long way, especially in a healthcare setting. The front desk is the first point of contact and reflects directly on the practice and the doctor. I hope this is something the office will take seriously and work to improve.
I gave 3 stars because I had a bad experience with Mary , I asked her that one medicine that the Dr. Wrote didn't go through to the pharmacy I asked her to check she said it went through I waited nothing asked her again same thing nothing then a lady with glasses actually called the pharmacy and talked to the pharmacist and mentioned about the medicine and everything was good I said thank you to her I don't know her name. I said to Mary I don't have a vehicle I'm going to the pharmacy and I just wanted to make sure all medicine are there . Wow she rolled her eyes at me I said I know Dr. Welch a long time or he's with a patient I said I'm going to report you to him she said go right ahead real attitude on her keeped given me dirty looks horrible person she's not good at her job no patience. But Dr. Welch has always been nice to me. Next time I see Dr Welch I will mention this to him I shouldn't have to be intimidated by Mary .
Dr Welch is warm and caring. He knows his stuff and then some!! I trust him with a foot injury and for diabetic foot care!!!! He’s the best🩵 The Staff were friendly and accommodating for appt rescheduling!! Overall great first experience!! Thanks so much!!
